By creating an account or using Jadwala, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are using Jadwala on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You agree to use Jadwala only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Jadwala name, logo, and all related content and software are the intellectual property of Jadwala and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Certain features of Jadwala require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Jadwala is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jadwala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
